Sending emails in your normal day with this footer will help spread the word and gain support for the bid.
Email footers work differently depending on the email system you use but we’ve provided instructions for Outlook 2007 below:
1. Go to Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signatures > New
2. Give the signature a name
3. In the edit box add the image below
